Our team is led by Nick Bedford, a seasoned PDR technician with over 20 years of experience in the auto and insurance industry.
Nick began his career in the auto collision industry back in 2002 while still attending high school. From there, he moved on to Nashville Auto Diesel College, where he earned a technical degree in the field of auto collision repair. After years of working in the traditional auto body repair and refinishing industry, Nick became well versed in vehicle damage estimating and the insurance claims process. He then decided it was time for a change and, taking his extensive knowledge of the inner workings of collision repair, became a licensed field adjuster handling automotive damage appraisals. He quickly rose through the ranks to become manager of all direct repair facilities in the state of Louisiana at the age of 28.
With his strong work ethic and customer service skills, combined with his innate passion for the auto repair industry, he started his own company, Norse PDR, in 2020 with the goal of providing top-notch PDR services to clients throughout the Lafayette, LA and surrounding areas.

Prior to Norse PDR, Nick spent the better part of 2 decades as a nationally licensed insurance adjuster; performing investigations, writing estimates and negotiating repairs with body shops on behalf of some of the biggest insurance carriers in the industry.
